Trust is part of our main core value, that’s why each every service provider is required to submit their verification documents before their listings go live on our website. After you upload the documents, we’ll review them as quickly as we can. This may take no more than 72 hours (3 days). Please send these documents to [email protected]
Certifies Business/ Professional
The following documents will be required from you if you plan to trade as a Certified Business or Professional
- ID Copy of at least one director as listed on the CIPC Certificate
- Cor 14.1 certificate from CIPC
- Certificates that you got from the certification board

Self Employed or Freelancer
The following documents will be required from you if you plan to trade as a Freelancer or Self Employed
- Copy of ID of the person in charge or proof of copy of passport for non South African Citizens

If we find that a business has acted inappropriately, we would take steps to remove them from our platform and our systems would prevent them signing up again.

Where do these documents go
We keep these documents for our records and they are safely store in a password protected cloud storage. The documents will be made available to you upon request or a customer that you will be preforming a job for upon your approval.
